摘 要:目的:探究工作资源对护士主观幸福感的影响,以及工作家庭关系的中介作用。方法:采用工作资源量表、工作家庭关系量表、主观幸福感量表对潍坊市5所三级公立医院1420名护士进行问卷调查。结果:(1)护士工作资源与工作家庭增益、主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.44,0.58;P<0.01),与工作家庭冲突呈负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.01);工作家庭冲突与主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.68,P<0.01),工作家庭增益与主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.47,P<0.01);(2)护士工作资源可直接预测主观幸福感,还可通过工作家庭冲突、工作家庭增益间接预测主观幸福感,直接效应值为0.21,间接效应值分别为0.27和0.10。结论:主观幸福感水平较高的护士,感知工作资源和工作家庭增益水平相对较高,工作家庭冲突水平相对较低。护士工作资源可直接正向影响主观幸福感,还可通过工作家庭冲突、工作家庭增益对主观幸福感产生间接影响。Objective:To study the influence of job resources on nurses’SWB and the mediating role of work family relationship.Methods:A total of 1420 nurses from 5 tertiary public hospitals in Weifang were investigated with job resources scale,work family relationship scale and subjective well-being scale.Results:(1)Nurses’job resources were positively correlated with work family enrichment and subjective well-being(r=0.44,0.58;P<0.01),and negatively correlated with work family conflict(r=-0.56,P<0.01);Work family conflict was negatively correlated with subjective well-being(r=-0.68,P<0.01),and work family enrichment was positively correlated with subjective well-being(r=0.47,P<0.01).(2)Nurses’job resources could directly predict subjective well-being,and could also indirectly predict subjective well-being through work family conflict and work family enrichment.The direct effect value was 0.21,and the indirect effect values were 0.27 and 0.10 respectively.Conclusion:Nurses with higher levels of subjective well-being have higher levels of perceived job resources and work family enrichment,and lower levels of work family conflict.Nurses’work resources can directly and positively affect SWB,but also indirectly affect subjective well-being through work family conflict and work family enrichment.
