摘  要:目的:采用基于“去一法”的网络分析方法探讨精神分裂症中小脑对脑网络整体功能的异常影响。方法:本研究共纳入首发未治疗精神分裂症患者128例和健康对照128名,采集了高分辨率T1结构相与静息态功能磁共振影像数据。采用Jackknife分析方法计算移除小脑各亚区前后脑网络拓扑指标:全局效率、平均聚类系数、特征路径长度、同配性的差值,用以表征小脑及其亚区对脑网络整体功能的影响。结果:精神分裂症患者小脑右侧VIIb区对全脑网络同配性的影响显著低于正常人(P=0.002),该脑区与左侧皮质边缘网络的连接在首发精神分裂症/健康对照存在显著组间差异(P=0.002)。以上结果均可通过多重比较校正。结论:精神分裂症中小脑对脑网络整体功能存在异常影响,本研究为小脑在精神分裂症的病理生理机制的探索提供了一定的证据。Objective:To explore the effects of cerebellum on the global functional brain network in schizophrenia using network analysis based on"leave-one-out"method.Method:We included 128 first-episode untreated schizophrenia patients and 128 healthy controls.High resolution T1 structural and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were collected.Jackknife analysis was used to calculate the topological difference of the brain network before and after removing each cerebellar region,including global efficiency,clustering coefficient,characteristic path length and assortativity.The difference values were used to characterize the effect of each cerebellar region on the overall brain network.Results:The effect of the right cerebellar VIIb region on the assortativity of global network in schizophrenic patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls(P=0.002).The functional connection between the right cerebellar VIIb region and the left cortical limbic network was significantly different between groups(P=0.002).The results were still significant after FDR correction.Conclusion:Cerebellum has abnormal influence on the overall function of brain network in schizophrenia.This study provides some evidence for the exploration of the pathophysiological mechanism of cerebellum in schizophrenia.
