摘　　要：分离障碍是一组以认知、记忆、身份和意识的病理性解离为主要症状的精神障碍。当身份和意识无法进行整合时会出现分离性身份障碍,当记忆无法进行整合时会出现分离性遗忘。国内鲜有对青少年分离障碍治疗经验的报告,因此,我们报告了1例以分离性身份障碍和分离性遗忘症状为特点的14岁青少年女性患者的诊疗、随访过程,重点分析以催眠治疗为核心的心理治疗经验,以期为临床医师诊疗该疾病提供参考。Dissociative[conversive]disorder is a mental disorder characterized by pathological dissociation of mental functions,including cognition,memory,identity and consciousness.Dissociative identity disorder occurs when identity and consciousness cannot be integrated,and dissociative amnesia occurs when memory cannot be integrated.There are few reports on the treatment of dissociative disorder.We report the diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of a 14-year-old girl with dissociative identity disorder and dissociative amnesia,focusing on the psychotherapy experience with hypnotherapy as the core,in order to provide reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
