摘 要:在总结目前学术界对电子教科书的定义及特征的基础上,梳理韩国、美国、日本及欧洲部分国家近一两年内在中小学电子教科书领域的推广举措和具体实施情况,探讨目前国外在此领域面临数字鸿沟、教职人员欠缺数字素养及相关操作能力的问题,对此主要采取政策扶持、技术提升和人员培训的方法进行应对。On the basis of summarizing the definition and characteristics of electronic textbooks in the current academia, this paper combs the promotion measures and specific implementation in the field of electronic textbooks in primary and secondary schools in South Korea, the United States, Japan and some European countries in recent years, and examines the current problems faced by the countries in question, such as the digital gap, the lack of digital literacy and related operational capabilities of teachers and staff, which are mainly supported by government policy support, technology improvement and personnel training shall be adopted.
