摘 要:变压器器身振动易通过底座向油箱传递,导致设备整体噪声水平上升。为降低变压器本体噪声,设计一种三维隔振装置。首先,搭建了10 kV/380 k V变压器等效模型,并进行磁致伸缩、模态、振动与噪声测试,掌握变压器声振传递规律;随后,针对隔振器服役环境,优选丁腈橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶和聚丙烯作为主要阻尼材料组分;最后,选取常用的压剪复合式三维隔振器用于变压器器身振动控制。在变压器等效样机上安装隔振器后,开展噪声振动测试,最终发现油箱表面振动值由0.239 m/s2下降至0.131 m/s2,声压级由55.3 dB(A)下降至51.6 dB(A)。Transformer body′s vibration can transmit through the pedestal to oil tank, which increases the device's noise level. In order to reduce transformer body's noise, this article designs a kind of 3-D vibration isolator. Firstly, the equivalent model of a 10kV/380kV transformer is constructed, its magnetostriction behavior, modal, noise and vibration are tested, and the features of noise and vibration transfer of the transformer are acquired. Then, according to the service environment, nitrile rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber and polypropylene are chosen to be the main components of the damping rubber. Finally, vibration isolator with the damping structure of compression-shear composite type is chosen to control transformer body's vibration. After the installation of the vibration isolator, noise and vibration tests are conducted and the results show that the vibration level of the oil tank decreases from 0.239 m/s~2 to 0.131 m/s~2, the sound pressure level decreases from 55.3 d B(A) to 51.6 dB(A).
