摘  要:我国高等教育信息化发展呈现融合创新趋势,高校教师教学能力的核心要素、标准框架、发展路径等关键问题都亟需做出回应。基于TPACK框架下教师信息化教学能力的理论阐释,结合信息化素养在教学全过程中的作用和影响,从信息化教学设计能力、信息化教学实施能力、信息化教学整合能力、信息化教学评价能力、信息化教学研究能力五个方面探究高校教师信息化教学能力的理论内涵及知能解构变化,并提出规划先导提升信息化教学设计能力、兼容并包挖掘信息化教学整合能力、炼技赋能提高信息化教学实施能力、多维贯通完善信息化教学评价能力、科教融合强化信息化教学研究能力的对策建议,为探索新时代高校教师信息化教学能力的优化路径提供理论参考。The development of higher education information technology shows a trend of integration and innovation.Therefore,key issues such as the core elements of college teachers’teaching ability,standard framework and development path urgently need to be responded to.Based on the theoretical interpretation of teachers’informational teaching ability under the TPACK framework,combined with the role and influence of informational literacy in the whole process of teaching,this paper explores the theoretical connotation and knowledge deconstruction changes of university teachers’informational teaching ability from five aspects:informational teaching design ability;informational teachingimplementation ability;informational teaching integration ability;informational teaching evaluation ability and informational teaching research ability.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of informationbased teaching design,exploresthe integration ability of information-based teaching in an all inclusive way,improves the implementation ability of information-based teaching by refining skills,improves the evaluation ability of information-based teaching through multidimensional connection,and strengthensthe research ability of information-based teaching through the integration of science and education.The study is toprovide theoretical reference for exploring the optimization path of University Teachers’information-based teaching ability in the new era.
