群体气氛下的从众效应对思想政治理论课的影响分析

摘　　要：群体气氛下的从众效应作为社会心理学一重要研究现象,具有情感强烈、起势迅猛、扩散快速、影响较大等特点。而思想政治理论课作为一种群体氛围下的教学实践,其教学效果亦受这种从众效应的影响,且体现在积极和消极两个方面。增强从众效应的积极影响,营造有利于思想政治理论课展开的群体气氛,就需要加强学校对校内思政氛围培养的重视,发挥同辈群体中“意见领袖”的积极作用,发挥校园精神文化“沉浸式”育人功能,提高学生的媒介素养和信息解码能力。从而多方面发挥校内群体气氛中积极的从众效应,营造良好的思想政治教育环境,提高思想政治理论课的效果。As an important research phenomenon in social psychology,the conformity effect in group atmosphere has the characteristics of strong emotion,rapid rise,rapid diffusion and great influence.As a teaching practice in a group atmosphere,the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course is also affected by this conformity effect,which is reflected in both positive and negative aspects.To enhance the positive influence of conformity effect and create a group atmosphere conducive to the development of ideological and political theory courses,it is necessary to strengthen the school’s attention to the cultivation of ideological and political atmosphere in schools,give full play to the positive role of“opinion leaders”in peer groups,exert the“immersion”educational function of campus spiritual culture,and improve students’media literacy and information decoding ability,so as to apply the positive conformity effect in the group atmosphere in schools,create a good ideological and political education environment,and improve the effect of ideological and political theory course.
