数字乡村建设背景下河北农民数字素养研究

摘　　要：数字时代,数字素养已经成为个人和国家发展的基本能力。提升农民数字素养,是弥合城乡数字鸿沟、推进数字乡村建设的关键举措。文章梳理了农民数字素养提升的重要性和必要性,调查分析了数字乡村建设背景下河北农民的数字素养现状,结合高校的人才和资源优势,从培育内容和培育对象方面提出了河北农民数字素养提升的对策建议。In the digital era,digital literacy has become the basic ability of personal and national development.The improvement of farmers’digital literacy is the key measure to bridge the urban-rural digital gap and promote the construction of digital village.This paper combs the importance and necessity of promoting farmers’digital literacy,investigates and analyzes the present situation of Hebei farmers’digital literacy under the background of digital village construction,combines the advantages of talents and resources in colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting Hebei farmers’digital literacy from the cultivation content and objects.
