摘 要:目的:本文利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱建立了六堡茶中多种真菌毒素的快速测定方法。方法:以广西区产六堡茶为样品,考察比较不同提取溶剂、净化小柱、基质效应等方式对各目标组分提取效果的影响,最终确定六堡茶样品的前处理方法。结果:六堡茶样品经提取、净化后经上机测定进行快速筛查定性及定量,多种真菌毒素的各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.90,加标回收率在60%~120%,RSD为1.1%~8.3%,定量限在0.7~52μg/kg。结论:优化后的样品前处理方法,目标物分离效果好,线性、回收与重复性均良好,结果准确性高、灵敏、快速,能够满足六堡茶以及其他茶叶样品中多毒素残留分析的需求。Objective :In this paper,a rapid method for the determination of mycotoxins in Liupao tea was established by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole electrostatic field orbital trap high resolution mass spectrometry(uplc-q-exactive Orbitrap). Methods :Effects of different extraction solvents,purification columns and matrix effects on the extraction of each target component were investigated and compared,and the pretreatment methods of Liubao tea samples were finally determined. Results :After extraction and purification,Liupao tea samples qualitative and quantitative rapid screening were carried out. The Liupao tea samples with optimized pretreatment had good linearity within a certain mass concentration range,and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.90. The spiked recovery rate was between 60% and 120%,and the relative standard deviation was between 1.1% and 8.3%,and the quantitative limit was 0.7 ~ 52 μg/kg. Conclusion :The optimized pretreatment method has good separation,linearity,recovery and repeatability,and high accuracy. It is suitable for the needs of multi toxin residue analysis in Liupao tea and other tea samples.
