摘　　要：新时代,推进红色文化和旅游高质量融合发展,人才培养是其中的关键动力和根本保障。作为培养旅游人才的高等院校必须顺应时代的发展,更新旅游人才培养理念、夯实旅游人才培养基础、拓宽旅游人才培育路径、提高旅游人才培养质量,立德树人,服务产业链,助力红色旅游产业实现跨越式发展,为区域经济发展做出更大的贡献。In the new era,talent training is the key driving force for and the fundamental guarantee of high quality integrated development of red culture and tourism.To cultivate tourism talents,colleges and universities must adapt to the development of the times.In so doing,efforts must be made to renew the idea,consolidate the basis,broaden the way,improve the quality.Only in this way can higher education serves the industrial chain better and helps red tourism achieve leapfrog development,thus making greater contributions to the development of the regional economy.
