摘　　要：党的二十大发出了“全面推进国家各方面工作法治化”的前进号令,公安刑事技术法治化是全面法治化的一环,是落实“严格公正司法”的重要科技保障。公安刑事技术法治化建设需要:自觉增强法律意识,深刻理解“全面推进国家各方面工作法治化”在公安刑科技领域的目标任务,在各自的岗位上、具体工作中增强法律意识、规范意识、证据意识;积极推进法律健全,更为积极主动地参与狭义立法,在立法层面为公安刑事科学技术法治化建设预留足够的发展空间,全局性、前瞻性完善公安刑科技广义法律体系和法庭科学标准;善于运用法律武器,将刑事科技领域的制度创新纳入法律框架之内,以法治思维、法治方式解决刑事科技领域现有问题,并防护刑事科技人员免受责任追究风险威胁;力争增进法律效果,不断探索提升法庭科学质量的各种路径,融合数字刑技、智慧刑技等更多新兴领域的新内容、新方法。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has issued a progressive appeal to“comprehensively promote the rule of law in all aspects of national work”,and the law-based construction of forensic science and technology is a part of the comprehensive rule of law and an important technological guarantee for the implementation of“strict and impartial justice”.The law-based construction of forensic science and technology requires:enhancing legal awareness actively,understanding the goals and tasks of“comprehensively advancing the rule of law in all aspects nationwide”in the fi eld of public security’s criminal technology deeply,and strengthening the legal awareness,rule awareness and evidence awareness in respective posts and specific work;Promote the complement of laws positively,participate in narrow legislation more voluntarily,reserve sufficient development space for the law-based construction of the public security’s criminal technology at the legislative level,and improve the overall legal system and optimize forensic science standards of public security’s criminal technology in a general and forward-looking manner;use legal weapons skillfully,incorporate institutional innovation in the fi eld of criminal technology into the legal framework,solve existing problems in the fi eld of criminal technology with law-based thinking and methods,and protect criminal technological personnel from the risk of responsibility;endeavor to improve the effect of law,explore various ways to improve the quality of forensic science continuously,and integrate new content and methods in more emerging fi elds,such as digital and smart of forensic science and technology.
