摘　　要：课程思政建设是落实立德树人,全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务。仪器分析是高等院校化学等相关专业的一门专业基础课,学科交叉性强、应用性广。本文结合仪器分析课程教学,从课程思政建设存在的主要问题、课程思政内容挖掘、建设方法以及课程思政教学案例四个方面进行了论述。针对课程思政的认识不足及思政教育和专业教育脱节问题,应加强“大思政”理念认识,深入挖掘思政元素,“润物细无声”地将思政元素融入到仪器分析课程教学内容之中。通过加强教师思政素养、以学生为中心及线上线下全方位思政育人促进仪器分析课程建设,培养全面发展的大学生。Course ideological and political construction is an important task to implement moral educatation and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.Instrumental analysis is a professional basic course for chemistry and other related majors in colleges and universities.It has strong interdisciplinary and wide application.Combined with the teaching of instrument analysis course,this paper discusses the existing main problems in the ideological and political construction,the mining of the ideological and political content,the construction methods and the teaching cases of ideological and political education.In view of the insufficient understanding of ideological and political education and the disconnection with professional education,we should strengthen the understanding of the concept of“great ideological and political education”,deeply excavate the ideological and political elements,and“moisten things silently”integrate the elements into the teaching content of instrument analysis course.By strengthening teachers’ideological and political literacy,student-centered and all-round ideological and political education online and offline,we can promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,and cultivate all-round development college students.
