摘 要:目的:在分析化学实验教学中,为了打破传统实验教学模式并激发学生的自主创新意识,在分析化学实验教学中设置自主设计综合实验环节。为了客观了解本院本科生对于分析化学实验教学中设立自主设计实验环节的知、行、信认知,现对该自主设计实验作以上三方面的全面调查与研究,以期为进一步对分析化学实验教学改革的探索作铺垫。方法:以湖南中医药大学本科生为主要研究对象,采用问卷星软件链接进行相关的问卷调查,并对回收的有效问卷作数据分析。结果:共收回133份有效问卷,分析数据发现不同年级的学生对于自主设计实验的认知情况存在差异(P<0.05);不同专业的学生对于自主设计实验的认知并不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明学生对于自主设计实验有很大程度的兴趣,同时学生对于自主设计实验的教学模式也有自己的意见与建议。结论:在分析化学实验教学中设立自主设计实验环节,是时代对学生培养与发展的要求,也是对本科实验教学创新性改革的探索与实践。自主设计实验可充分发挥学生的主体地位和主观能动性,提升学生的“两创”思维能力。Objective:In the experimental teaching of analytical chemistry,in order to break the traditional experimental teaching mode and stimulate students’consciousness of independent innovation,set up a comprehensive experimental link of independent design in the experimental teaching of analytical chemistry.In order to objectively understand the knowledge,behavior,and belief of the undergraduates in our school on the establishment of self-designed experiments in the teaching of analytical chemistry experiments,a comprehensive investigation and research on the above three aspects of the self-designed experiments are now conducted,in order to provide further insights into analytical chemistry experiments.The exploration of teaching reform is the foreshadowing.Methods:Taking the undergraduates of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the main research objects,a questionnaire survey was carried out using the link of Questionnaire Star software,and the data of the returned valid questionnaires were analyzed.Results:A total of 133 valid questionnaires were collected,and the analysis of the data found that students of different ages had differences in their cognition of self-designed experiments(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in cognition of self-designed experiments among students of different majors(P>0.05).The results show that students are very interested in self-designed experiments,and students also have their own opinions and suggestions on the teaching mode of self-designed experiments.Conclusion:The establishment of self-designed experimental links in analytical chemistry experimental teaching is not only the requirement of the times for the training and development of students,but also the exploration and practice of innovative reform of undergraduate experimental teaching.Self-designed experiments can give full play to students’subject status and subjective initiative,and improve students’thinking ability of“two innovations”.
