摘　　要：家族企业治理正式化转型是一个具有重要理论价值和现实意义的问题,但迄今为止,相关的理论研究和经验总结还非常有限。通过梳理现有文献,对家族企业治理正式化转型问题进行了分析、评述和展望。首先,总结了家族企业正式治理的内涵、来源、维度及测量方法;其次,回顾了家族企业治理正式化转型的研究模型、转型阶段和理论视角;再次,识别了家族企业治理正式化转型的驱动因素;最后,在上述分析的基础上构建出家族企业治理正式化转型的整体性研究框架,并提出了未来的研究视角和方向。对家族企业治理转型现象进行系统阐释不仅有助于学术界明晰现有研究的进展和缺陷,也对中国家族企业在同时面临治理转型、跨代传承和产业升级的三重压力下如何进行现代公司治理改革提供了现实启示。Formalized transformation of family business governance is an important issue with theoretical value and practical significance. But so far, the relevant theoretical research and empirical conclusions have been very limited. This paper analyzes, comments and prospects this issue by reviewing existing literature. Firstly, the connotation, source, dimensions and measurement of formal governance of family business are summarized. Secondly, the research model, transformation stages, and theoretical perspectives of formal transformation of family business governance are reviewed. Thirdly, the driving factors of formal transformation of family business governance is identified. Finally, on the basis of above analysis, a holistic research framework for the formal governance transformation of family business is constructed and future research perspectives and directions are proposed. A systematic explanation of the phenomenon of family business governance transformation is not only helpful to clarify current research progress and defects, but also provides practical enlightenment on how to carry out modern governance reform for China’s family business under the triple pressure of governance transformation, cross-generational inheritance and industrial upgrading.
