摘 要:提高公众海洋权益意识是维护国家安全战略的现实需求,中学生海洋权益意识的培养面临学习方式与评价方式变革的挑战。在厘清海洋权益以及海洋权益意识内涵的基础上,以项目式学习与表现性评价为切入点,通过明确学段预期结果、细化项目评价规则来确定中学生海洋权益意识表现性评价水平;通过统整项目情境、内容、活动、成果四要素,设计海洋权益意识表现性项目任务。研究提出,项目式学习中实施海洋权益意识表现性评价的三项策略:树立大数据理念,嵌入项目式学习,注重思维外显化。Improving the public awareness of maritime rights and interests is the realistic demand of safeguarding the national security strategy. The cultivation of middle school students’ awareness of maritime rights and interests faces the challenge of the reform of learning and evaluation methods. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of maritime rights and interests consciousness, this paper takes project-style learning and performance evaluation as the entry point,and determines the performance evaluation level of Marine rights awareness of middle school students by clarifying the expected results of the study section and refining the rules of project evaluation. Through the integration of the four elements of the project situation, content, activities and results, the project tasks of maritime rights and interests consciousness are designed. This paper puts forward three strategies for implementing the performance evaluation of the awareness of marine rights and interests in project-based learning: establishing the concept of big data, embedding project-based learning, and paying attention to thinking externalization.
