摘　　要：优秀乡村教师是乡村教育的中流砥柱和守护者,他们“下得去”“留得住”“教得好”。通过对“最美乡村教师”事迹资料的文本分析,发现其专业特质主要表现为:源于乡土情怀的扎根坚守,始于仁爱之心的教育教养共融,来于实践累积的向农式教学。因此,为实现更多乡村教师走向优秀,提出唤醒乡村教师乡土情感以提升乡土情怀、师范教育增设地方性知识、培训关注乡村性等建议,以促进乡村教师走得更远,教得更好。Excellent rural teachers are the mainstay and guardian of rural education.They can“getting down”,“staying down”and“teaching well”.Through the text analysis of the deeds of“the most beautiful rural teachers”,it is found that their professional characteristics are mainly manifested as:Rooted in the local feelings,rooted in the benevolent heart of education and upbringing,from the accumulation of practice to the agricultural teaching.For this reason,in order to achieve more rural teachers to be excellent,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as arousing and enhancing rural teachers’local feelings,adding local knowledge in normal education,and paying attention to rural characteristics in training,so as to promote rural teachers to go further and teach better.
