摘  要:为探究早期听觉损伤对大学生刺激驱动和目标导向注意功能的影响,采用视觉搜索范式对早期听力损伤的聋生和会手语的健听生视觉注意功能进行研究。结果发现:聋生和健听生均表现为刺激驱动注意行为比目标导向注意行为的正确率更高,反应时更短。聋生在正确率上显著低于健听生,在反应时上与健听生没有显著差异,并呈现出加工速度更快的趋势。研究结果支持聋人视觉注意的整合理论,建议通过多样化的训练方法对聋生的注意力进行训练,恰当地调整教育教学策略,注重早期听觉和语言训练。In order to explore the effect of early hearing impairment on stimulus driven and goal oriented attention function of college students, visual search paradigm is used to study the visual attention function of deaf students with early hearing impairment and healthy students with sign language. The results show: both deaf and healthy students show higher accuracy and shorter reaction time in stimulus driven attention than goal oriented attention. Deaf students are significantly lower than healthy students in accuracy, and there is no significant difference in reaction time between deaf students and healthy students, showing a trend of faster processing speed. The results of the study support the integration theory of visual attention of the deaf. It is suggested to train the deaf students’ attention through diversified training methods, appropriately adjust education and teaching strategies, and pay attention to early hearing and language training.
