摘 要:转臂轴承是RV减速器中的关键部件,其动态参数直接影响RV减速器的整机性能。以RV减速器中的转臂轴承为研究对象,考虑转臂轴承几何参数与工作状态下的物理参数变化,建立了转臂轴承的动力学计算模型;分析了轴承游隙、油膜厚度、温升与转臂轴承综合间隙的关系;通过数值求解,获得了不同工况下轴承综合间隙对转臂轴承时变支撑刚度的影响规律。结果表明,随着综合间隙的减小,轴承径向支撑刚度趋于稳定;当考虑转臂轴承综合间隙时,其径向支撑刚度减小达9.7%。因此,转臂轴承综合间隙对系统动态性能的影响不可忽视。The rotating arm bearing is a key component of RV reducers, and its dynamic parameters directly affect the overall performance of RV reducers. Thus, taking the rotating arm bearing of RV reducers as the research object and considering the geometric parameters of the rotating arm bearing and the change of physical parameters under the working condition, a dynamic calculation model of the rotating arm bearing is established. The relationship between the bearing clearance, oil film thickness, temperature rise and the synthetic clearance of the rotating arm bearing is analyzed. The influence of the bearing clearance on the time-varying support stiffness of the rotating arm bearing under different working conditions is obtained by numerical calculation. With the decrease of the synthetic clearance, the radial support stiffness of the bearing tends to be stable.The results show that when considering the synthetic clearance of the rotating arm bearing, the radial support stiffness decreases by 9.7%, so the influence of the synthetic clearance of the rotating arm bearing on the dynamic performance of the system cannot be ignored.
