摘　　要：提高自主创新能力和促进以创业带动就业是当前高校的一项发展战略。在大众创业、万众创新的新态势下,大多高校将创新创业教育纳入必修课程。“互联网+”背景大学生创新创业以计算机为基础,因此,新时代要求大学生必须具备一定的计算机技术,而计算机等级考试是衡量学生计算机应用能力的重要指标。高校应加大对创新创业和计算机应用能力教育的投入,提高大学生的创新创业能力和计算机应用能力。It is important to put forward the development strategies of“improving the ability of independent innovation”and“promoting entrepreneurship to drive employment”.The new trend of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”has prompted to incorporate innovation and entrepreneurship education into compulsory courses by lots of colleges and universities.It is required that college students must have some computer skills based on“Internet+innovation and entrepreneurship”of college students in the new era.Computer Grade Examination is an important indicator to measure computer application ability.To improve college students’innovation,entrepreneurship ability and computer application ability,universities should increase investment in innovation and entrepreneurship education and computer skills.
