摘　　要：快速发展的健康产业需要更多具有创新实践能力的应用型人才,老年服务与管理专业学生是养老产业人才队伍中的重要一员。但是目前该专业在人才培养中还存在缺乏统一标准、师资力量不足和实践教学条件参差不齐等问题。为了培养具有创新实践能力的应用型人才,学校应以行业发展为指导,以立德树人为目标,加强师资队伍建设,推行“三教”改革,创新实践教学,丰富第二课堂,让学生明确学习目标,积极开展实践,广泛接触社会,了解产业需求,从而为社会培养更多实用型专业人才。The rapid development of health industry needs more application-oriented talents with innovation and practice ability.The specialty of elderly service and management is an important member of the talent team in the pension industry.However,there are still some problems such as the lack of unified standards,the shortage of teachers and the uneven conditions of practical teaching.In order to cultivate application-oriented talents with innovation and practice ability,we should take the industry development as the guidance and establish morality and cultivate students as the goal,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,implement the reform of three-all education,innovate practical teaching,enrich the second classroom,let students clarify their learning objectives,actively carry out practice,widely contact the society and understand the needs of the industry so that the school can train more practical professionals for the society.
