摘  要:加强乡村小规模学校教师队伍建设,对于促进乡村教育健康可持续发展、全面推进乡村振兴具有极为重要的战略意义。由于观念认识、体制机制及相关政策制度等综合影响,当前教师队伍建设仍是乡村小规模学校发展的最薄弱环节,教师数量质量难以满足教育需求,待遇保障不足,专业发展缺乏外部有力支持,乡土认同感较低。为此,各级政府应全面提高对乡村小规模学校及其教师队伍建设的认识和站位,大力创新义务教育管理体制和经费保障机制,完善教师待遇、编制、培养补充、培训交流等政策制度,着力建设乡村小规模学校高质量教师队伍,推动城乡义务教育优质均衡发展,助力乡村全面振兴。Promoting the construction of the rural small-scale school teachers is of great strategic value for promoting the development of rural education and realizing rural revitalization. Due to the comprehensive factors such as strategic awareness,system and mechanism, and policies, the teacher team is still the weakest link in the development of the rural small-scale schools.The quantity and quality cannot meet the educational needs, the treatment guarantee is insufficient, the professional development is lack of fully support, feelings for the countryside is low. Governments at all levels should further enhance understanding of the development of rural small-scale schools and their teaching staff, innovate the management system and funding guarantee mechanism of compulsory education, and improve the policies on teachers’ treatment, staffing, recruitment, training and exchange,in order to build a high-quality team of teachers for rural small-scale schools, to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education, and rural comprehensive revitalization.
