摘  要:目的:基于磁共振3D高分辨T_(1)WI分析青少年网络成瘾者海马各亚结构体积改变,旨在为青少年网络成瘾寻找一种结构影像标记物,为治疗奠定基础。方法:将符合网络成瘾诊断标准的16例网络成瘾者及年龄和性别相配的19例健康志愿者(正常对照组)纳入本研究。使用FreeSurfer6.0软件海马亚结构自动化模块分析每例被试的3D高分辨T_(1)WI(结构像)数据,测量12个海马亚结构的体积,比较其在两组之间的差异,并分析其与网络成瘾相关行为学指标的相关性。结果:网络成瘾组与对照组之间海马总体积的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,网络成瘾组左侧海马旁下托的体积明显减小(P=0.009)。相关性分析显示,左侧海马旁下托的体积与网瘾量表得分(IAT)呈显著正相关(P=0.009,r=0.633)。结论:基于3D高分辨T_(1)WI的脑叶体积定量分析发现青少年网络成瘾者左侧海马旁下托体积减小,左侧海马旁下托可能是青少年网络成瘾者的一个结构成像标记物。Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore whether there is abnormal hippocampus volume of adolescents with internet addiction,try to find a structural imaging marker and provide the basis for internet addiction treatment.Methods:Sixteen internet addiction adolescent who met the diagnostic criteria for internet addiction and 19 control subjects matched with age and sex were included in this study.3D T_(1)-weighted images were analyzed using the hippocampal substructure automation module in FreeSurfer6.0 software.Then the volume of 12 hippocampal substructures were measured,their differences between the two groups were compared,and their correlations with internet addiction related behavioral indicators were analyzed.Results:There was no difference in total hippocampal volume between the Internet addiction group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared withthe control group,the volume of left parasubiculum in the Internet addiction group was statistically significantly decreased(P=0.009).Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the volume of left parasubiculum and internet Addiction Test(IAT)scores(P=0.009,r=0.633).Conclusion:The quantitative analysis of cerebral lobe volume based on 3D high resolution T_(1)WI revealed that the volume of the left parasubiculum in adolescents with internet addiction significantly decreased,so the left parasubiculum may be a structural imaging marker for adolescents with internet addiction.
