摘　　要：本文以“阳光体育”活动理论和教学实践中出发,探索高校“阳光体育”活动课程教学模式。建构以激发兴趣、基本技术学习、形成能力、发起活动、体验活动五个教学环节成阶梯式的教学模式,在教学活动中提高学生的运动兴趣,获得关于体育的真情实感,使体育教育更加贴近于学生生活环境、社会环境,从而发挥学生的实践能力和创造能力。Based on the theory and teaching practice of"Sunshine Sports",this paper explores the teaching mode of"Sunshine Sports"in colleges and universities.This paper constructs a stepped teaching mode by stimulating interest,learning basic technology,forming ability,initiating activities and experiencing activities.In the teaching activities,students'sports interests can be improved and their true feelings about sports can be obtained.Meanwhile,physical education can be closer to students'living environment and social environment,thus giving full play to students'practical ability and creative ability.
