摘  要:人一生中身体发展最为迅速的时期是幼儿阶段,幼儿阶段体质的好坏会直接影响成年后的体质状况。幼儿时期的健康状况一直受到国家、社会和家庭的多方关注。为了解农村幼儿体质状况,通过对成都市3-6岁农村幼儿身体形态与身体素质两个板块进行相关测评,并与成都市2020年国民体质监测报告进行比较,测评结果表明在形态方面,成都市农村幼儿身高体重增幅良好;在素质方面成都市农村幼儿身体素质机能有待提高;成都市农村幼儿在身体形态和素质方面存在性别差异。建议加大农村幼儿体育设施投入;教师充分利用幼儿园环境,为幼儿体育锻炼提供机会。The most rapid period of physical development in one's life is the early childhood stage,and the quality of the early childhood physique will directly affect the physical status in adulthood.The health status in early childhood has been attracting much attention by the country,the society and the family.In order to understand the physical condition of rural children,this paper evaluates the physical form and physical fitness of rural children aged 3-6 in Chengdu.Compared with the 2020 National Physical Fitness Monitoring Report of Chengdu,the evaluation results show that the height and weight of rural children in Chengdu increase well.In terms of quality,the physical quality and function of rural children in Chengdu need to be improved.Finally,this paper suggests to increase the investment in rural children's physical education facilities.Teachers also need to make full use of the kindergarten environment to provide opportunities for children's physical exercise.
