摘  要:高校教学数字化转型是推进教育现代化与高质量发展的重要引擎,其作为一个系统性工程,既需要宏观性的理论指导,也需要具象化的目标导向。在高校教学领域推进教学数字化转型的过程中,以目标管理理论的目标导向开展顶层设计,借鉴成果导向教育反向设计机制细化内容的要求,可构建围绕教学培养体系的可量化、可评价的数字化目标体系。基于这一目标体系,以目标导向开展组织、管理、评价的数字化转型,构建双闭环评价质量管理机制,是防止转型过程背离教育规律、促进教学质量提升的重要手段。The digital transformation of education is an important engine and key feature to promote the modernization and high-quality development of education.As a systematic project,it requires both macro theoretical guidance and concrete goal orientation.In the process of promoting the digital transformation of education in the teaching field of colleges and universities,we will carry out top-level design based on the goal orientation of the goal management theory,and refine the content requirements by using the results oriented education reverse design mechanism,so as to build a quantifiable and evaluable digital target system around the teaching training system.Based on this goal system,the goal oriented digital transformation of organization,management and evaluation and the construction of a double closed loop evaluation quality management mechanism are important means to prevent the transformation process from deviating from the laws of education and promote the improvement of teaching quality.The solutions to these problems can provide useful reference and implementation for colleges and universities to promote digital transformation in the teaching field.
