新时代青年友善价值观培育的角色伦理向度研究

摘　　要：友善价值观与角色伦理具有紧密的逻辑关系。把角色伦理思想应用于青年友善价值观的培育中,是消解错误思潮对青年影响之需,是调和青年主体性与社会性矛盾之需,是适应网络快速发展之需,更是实现民族团结进步事业之需。借鉴角色伦理思想,新时代青年友善价值观的培育路径主要有:引导新时代青年认清在友善价值观培育中的角色责任担当,明晰新时代青年的友善角色认知,厚植新时代青年的友善角色情感,为新时代青年友善角色的扮演提供制度保障,营造友善的社会角色共同体氛围。There is a close logical relationship between friendly values and role ethics.Applying role ethics to the cultivation of youth friendly values is necessary to eliminate the influence of wrong thoughts on youth,to reconcile the contradiction between youth subjectivity and sociality,to adapt to the rapid development of the network needs,and to realize national unity and progress.Based on the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and drawing lessons from the thought of role ethics,the cultivation path of youth friendly values in the new era mainly includes:guiding youth to recognize their role and responsibility in the cultivation of friendly values;making them clear about the friendly role of youth in the new era;to cultivate friendly character feelings of youth in the new era;to provide institutional guarantee for youth’s friendly role in the new era;to create a community atmosphere of friendly social roles.
