摘  要:目的 探讨断层解剖学与医院PACS系统联合的教学模式在影像本科实习生中的教学效果。方法 通过理论和操作考核的方式,比较断层解剖学与医院PACS系统联合的教学模式(实验组)和传统教学方式(对照组)在影像学本科实习中的教学效果差异,同时采用问卷调查方式评价断层解剖学与医院PACS系统联合的教学模式的教学效果。结果 实验组理论、操作及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示学生普遍接受和满意断层解剖学与医院PACS系统联合的教学模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 断层解剖学与医院PACS系统联合的教学模式有助于提高影像实习生的解剖学学习及实际操作(阅片及报告书写)的能力,值得应用和推广。Objective To explore the sectional human anatomy teaching effect combined with hospital PACS system in undergraduate imaging interns. Methods By means of theoretical and operational examination,the teaching effects of the combined teaching mode of sectional human anatomy and hospital PACS system(experimental group) and the traditional teaching mode(control group) in the Undergraduate Practice of imaging were compared. At the same time,the teaching effects of the combined teaching mode of sectional human anatomy and hospital PACS system were evaluated by questionnaire. Results The theory,operation and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The results of questionnaire survey showed that students generally accepted and were satisfied with the teaching mode of sectional human anatomy combined with hospital PACS system,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of sectional human anatomy combined with hospital PACS system is helpful to improve the anatomy learning and practical operation(film reading and report writing) of image interns,it is worth popularizing and applying.
