摘 要:目的:探讨气相色谱-质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)检测食品有机磷农药残留的效果。方法:使用GS-MS法检测有机磷农药残留,对比不同提取剂的提取效率,不同提取方式的净化效果。结果:15 min时农药残留提取率高于12~14 min(P<0.05);提取剂中乙腈提取率最高(P<0.05);QuEChERs与Carb/NH2两种提取法的提取率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:GS-MS法能有效提取常见有机磷农药残留,提取剂种类中乙腈提取有效性较高,而提取方式可根据实际条件灵活选用。Objective:To explore the effect of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)on the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food.Method:GS-MS method was used to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues,and the extraction efficiency of different extractants and the purification effect of different extraction methods were investigated.Result:The extraction rate of pesticide residues at 15 min was higher than that at 12~14 min(P<0.05).The extraction rate of acetonitrile was the highest(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between QuEChERs and Carb/NH2 extraction methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:GS-MS method can effectively extract organophosphorus pesticide residues.Among the extractants,acetonitrile extraction is more effective,and the extraction method can be flexibly selected according to the actual conditions.
