摘 要:目的:评估原子吸收分光光度法测定水产品中铜含量的不确定度。方法:通过建立鱼肉中铜含量不确定度的数学模型,对整个检测过程中可能影响结果的不确定度因素进行评估,得到最终的扩展不确定度。结果:当鱼肉中铜的含量为181.25μg·kg^(-1)时,其扩展不确定度为11.10μg·kg^(-1)(k=2),主要由回收率测定、仪器测量重复性、移液器、标准物质等因素引入的不确定度分量组成。结论:通过对水产品中铜含量不确定度的评定,将有助于提高测定结果的可靠性。Objective: The uncertainty of measurement in determination of copper in aquatic products by atomic absorption spectrophotometer is evaluated. Method: By establishing the mathematical model of uncertainty of copper content in fish meat, the uncertainty factors that may affect the results in the whole detection process are evaluated,and the final expanded uncertainty is obtained. Result: When the content of enrofloxacin in fish was 181.25 μg·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty was 11.10 μg·kg^(-1)(k=2). It is mainly composed of uncertainty components introduced by factors such as recovery rate determination, instrument measurement repeatability, pipette, reference material, etc.Conclusion: The evaluation of uncertainty of copper content in aquatic products will help to improve the reliability of the determination results.
