摘 要:本次研究将小麦作为样品,使用原子荧光光谱仪对其中的汞含量进行检测,主要从检出限、稳定性、准确性及加标回收率等方面对原子荧光光谱仪的检测效果进行分析。研究结果表明,原子荧光光谱法应用于食品汞含量检测工作中,可以有效满足食品检测相关需求,具备准确、可靠的特点,可有效降低系统误差,是值得推广应用的检测方法。In this study, wheat was used as a research sample, and the mercury content in it was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. analyze. The detection effect of atomic fluorescence spectrometer was analyzed mainly from the detection limit, stability, accuracy and recovery rate of spiking. The research results show that the application of atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the detection of mercury content in food can effectively meet the relevant requirements of food detection, show the characteristics of accuracy and reliability, and can effectively reduce the system error. It is a detection method worthy of popularization and application.
