摘　　要：江苏省徐州市农产品资源丰富,传统的食品加工行业经过多年的积累,具备良好的基础。本文结合国内外发展趋势,通过分析徐州食品加工业具有的优势和劣势,思考面临的机遇和挑战,使其在乡村振兴过程中更好地发挥作用。Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province, is rich in agricultural resources. Its traditional food production and processing industry has a good foundation after years of accumulation. Combined with the development trend at home and abroad, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Xuzhou food processing industry, and considering the opportunities and challenges, we can make it play a better role in the process of revitalization.
