摘 要:孝道伦理作为中华优秀传统文化的结晶,涵盖个人道德修养、家庭美德建构、社稷国家治理等多个方面,反映了中华民族在文化探索和理论创新的过程中所达之思想意境和智慧高度,是物质世界和精神世界实践活动的理论依据和行动指南。《牟子理惑论》对两汉时期儒佛伦理观念中的重大分歧问题进行类比分析发现,无论是个人修养中的形神主次争议,还是家庭建设中的在家离家辩论,亦或是社稷治理中的积贮布施差别,都不能否认孝在其中的关键地位和重要作用。牟子以儒家经典事迹和言论类比佛教教义原理,吸收中国传统文化中的孝道元素,对印度佛教进行转化与发展,从而维系两大理论系统的协调稳定,赋予佛教孝文化新生,实现佛教的本土化与中国化变革。As the crystallization of Chinese excellent traditional culture,filial piety ethics covers personal moral cultivation,family virtue construction,state governance and other aspects,reflects the ideological conception and wisdom of the Chinese nation in the process of cultural exploration and theoretical innovation,and is also the guide and theoretical basis for practical activities in the material and spiritual world.The analogy analysis of the major contradictions in the Confucian and Buddhist ethical concepts in the Han Dynasty in Answers to the Skeptics by Mou Zi shows that filial piety plays a key role in the debate on form and spirit,no matter becoming a monk or giving charity.Mouzi analogizes the principles of Buddhist doctrine with Confucian classic deeds and speeches,absorbs the elements of filial piety in Chinese traditional culture,transforms and develops Indian Buddhism,and then maintains the coordination and stability of the two theoretical systems,gives new life to Buddhist filial piety culture,and realizes the localization and Chinese transformation of Buddhism.
