摘 要:为评估某型轻卡的操纵稳定性,在ADAMS/Car中根据该轻卡实测的质量特性参数、几何特性参数、衬套刚度、减震器阻尼等力学特性参数建立整车多体动力学模型,其中前悬架为麦弗逊式悬架,后悬架为钢板弹簧式悬架。通过整车操稳性虚拟试验平台,进行各类虚拟试验,仿真得到车身侧偏角、横摆角速度变化等操稳性相关数据曲线,与操纵稳定性评价的试验标准对比,在设计参数冻结前,校核了该轻卡操稳性符合要求。In order to evaluate the handling stability of a light truck,a multi-body dynamic model of the whole vehicle was established in ADAMS/Car according to the mass characteristics,geometric characteristics,bushing stiffness,damper damping and other mechanical characteristics of the light truck.The front suspension was McPherson suspension,and the rear suspension was leaf spring suspension.All kinds of virtual tests were carried out on the vehicle's handling stability virtual test platform,and data curves related to handling stability such as body side angle and yaw speed were obtained by simulation.Compared with the test standards of handling stability evaluation,the handling stability of the light truck was checked to meet the requirements before the design parameters were frozen.
