摘 要:目的探讨自主导向学习法联合课题式教学法对耳鼻喉康复科护生出科成绩、自主学习能力及批判性思维的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院耳鼻喉康复科实习护生100名,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用自主导向学习法联合课题式教学法。比较两组护生的考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、核心能力及教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、技能成绩及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的学习行为、学习策略、学习意识、学习评价及人际关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的寻求真相、开放思想、系统化能力、分析能力、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲及认知成熟度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床护理、领导能力、法律和伦理实践、教育和咨询、专业发展评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自主导向学习法联合课题式教学法应用于耳鼻喉康复科护生中的效果显著,有助于提高其出科成绩、自主学习能力及批判性思维能力,也能提高护生对教学的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of self-directed learning method combined with project-based teaching method on achievement of graduation from department,self-learning ability and critical thinking of nursing students in otolaryngology rehabilitation department.Methods A total of 100 practical nursing students from the otolaryngology rehabilitation department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 50 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the self-directed learning method combined with project-based teaching method.The assessment achievement,self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,core ability and teaching satisfaction of the nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical achievement,skill achievement and total achievement of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The learning behavior,learning strategy,learning awareness,learning evaluation and interpersonal relationship scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of truth seeking,open-minding,systematic capability,analytical ability,confidence in critical thinking,curiosity and cognitive maturity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical care,leadership,legal and ethical practice,education and counseling and professional development in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-directed learning method combined with project-based teaching method applied in nursing students of the otolaryngology rehabilitation department has a significant effect,it helps to improve achievement of graduation from department,self-learning ability and critical thinking ability,a
