在《组织行为学》中融入健康及实施课程思政初探

摘　　要：“健康”融入《组织行为学》教材体系并进行课程教学是“将健康融入所有政策”的重要组成部分,就是将“健康”作为组织行为学的一个重要因变量,从个体、群体和组织层面研究影响员工健康的心理和行为因素及影响机理,为构建健康管理体系奠定观念和理论基础,其本质是把健康关口进行前移,即从治疗到主动预防再到健康管理人才的培养,为服务健康中国构建长效机制;运用马克思主义哲学分析组织行为学相关理论并把中国情景、中华传统文化和时代特征有机融入其中,是构建新时代中国特色组织行为学理论体系的重要途径,也是实施课程思政的重要环节。依此,文章分别从个体、群体和组织层面构建了把“健康”融入《组织行为学》教材体系的分析框架和提出了实施课程思政的建议。Integrated"healthy"into the"Organizational behavior"curriculum system is an important part of Integrating health into all policies;Which would discuss the mutual infl uence between health and behavior from the individual,group and organizational levels;which is the basic of building a health management system for putting forward health level——from the treatment to active prevention and from prevention to the cultivation of the health management talent;Which is a long-term mechanism for health China.The theoretical analysis will promote localization and age characteristics of theory under the theory of marxist philosophy domain in China scenario and the Chinese traditional culture,it is an important way for implementing curriculum education.so,we construct the analysis framework separately from the individual,group and organization level and Implementing course education.
