摘  要:现阶段,食品安全问题层出不穷,不仅威胁着消费者的身体健康,甚至对其生命安全造成威胁,这也在一定程度上反映出我国食品流通检测存在诸多不足。工商部门是流通环节食品检测的主要负责部门,不仅具备食品检测职责,还包括发放食品安全许可证、食品监管职责。本文在对流通环节食品检测的重要性作出总结论述的基础上,剖析了当前流通环节食品检测面临的困难和问题,并结合实际,研究了未来阶段流通环节食品检测质量的对策,希望能够为相关人士提供借鉴和参考。At the present stage, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, not only threatening the physical quality of consumers, but also even posing a threat to their life safety. This also reflects to some extent many deficiencies in food circulation detection in China. The industry and commerce department is the main responsible department for food testing in the circulation link. It not only has the responsibility of food testing, but also includes the responsibility of issuing food safety licenses and food supervision. On the basis of summarizing the importance of food testing in the circulation link, this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by the current circulation link, and combined with the reality, studies the countermeasures of the quality of food testing in the future stage,hoping to provide reference and reference for relevant people.
