摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》是由清代政府组织编写、吴谦等主编的大型医学丛书。此书刊行后深受读者的欢迎,流传颇广,成为学习中医的重要读物。作者跟随导师进行中医临床教学期间,以《医宗金鉴》为主,并从中得到很多临床教学启示,包括可汗不可汗、可吐不可吐、可下不可下以及从五行分类得到的养生原则和药膳,及五色合五气之诊法等,都对临床教学大有裨益。The Golden Mirror of Medicine is a large-scale medical book series edited by Wu Qian and other officials in the Qing Dynasty.After publication,the book is very popular with readers,spreads widely,and becomes an important reading for learning traditional Chinese medicine.During the period of clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine with the tutor,the author has got a lot of clinical teaching enlightenment from the Golden Mirror of Medicine,including can or cannot sweat,can or cannot vomit,can or cannot going down,health principles and medicated diet obtained from the classification of five elements,and the diagnosis method of five colors combined with five qi,etc.All of which are of great benefit to clinical teaching.
