病例汇报比赛在住院医师规范化培训的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨病例汇报比赛在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取东莞东华医院2019年1月—2021年2月期间参加住院医师病例汇报比赛的55名住院医师进行问卷调查,由参赛住院医师对参赛前后的“病例相关理论知识掌握程度”“病例相关临床诊治能力”“演讲能力”“PPT制作水平”进行自评,利用SPSS 17.0统计学软件对评分进行分析。同时了解参赛住院医师对比赛在提升住院医师综合能力作用方面的主观评价。结果住院医师对赛后的4项技能评价得分均高于赛前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);4项技能进步率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,在病例汇报比赛在提升住院医师综合能力作用的评价中,选择“非常有帮助”“有一定帮助”“不确定”“无帮助”的分别为41.82%(23/55)、56.36%(31/55)、1.82%(1/55)、0%。结论病例汇报比赛对提升住院医师综合能力有积极帮助,是推进住院医师规范化培训质量建设的有效途径。Objective To investigate the application of the case report race in the standardized training of residents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 55 residents of Dongguan Tungwua Hospital who participated in the case reporte competition between 2019 and 2021.The residents self-evaluated their“case-related theoretical knowledge mastery”,“case-related clinical diagnosis and treatment ability”,“speech ability”and“PPT production level”before and after the competition.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the scores.At the same time,the participants’subjective evaluation on the role of the competition in improving the comprehensive ability of residents was also investigated.Results The scores of four skills evaluated by residents after the competition were all higher than those before the competition,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the improvement rate of the four skills(P>0.05).In addition,in the evaluation of the role of case reporting competition in improving the comprehensive ability of residents,41.82%(23/55),56.36%(31/55),1.82%(1/55)and 0%were selected as“very helpful”,“somewhat helpful”,“uncertain”and“not helpful”,respectively.Conclusion The case report competition has positive help to improve the comprehensive ability of residents and is an effective way to promote the quality construction of standardized training for residents.
