摘  要:高等医学院附属医院兼职教师在专业教学能力、技术水平、学生心理了解等方面与大学专职教师存在一定差距,目前缺乏一套完整的、行之有效的、易操作的考核评价体系,为此,山东省威海市中医院结合当前工作实际,在当前教育体制下,从师德师风、教学业绩、科研能力、民主评议4个方面着手,建立健全教师考核考评体系,以促进教学工作实现科学化、精细化、民主化管理。There is a gap between part-time teachers in the affiliated hospitals of Higher Medical Colleges and full-time teachers in professional teaching ability,technical level and psychological understanding of students.At present,it lacks a set of complete,and is effective and easy to operate evaluation system.Therefore,Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with the current practical work,under the current education system,from the teacher ethics and style,teaching performance,scientific research ability,democratic evaluation of four aspects,a teacher evaluation system,in order to promote the teaching work to achieve scientific,fine,democratic management would be established.
