摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在老年医学教学中的应用效果。方法检索各数据库从建库开始至2021年11月间国内外发表的关于PBL教学法在老年医学教学中应用的研究,进行文献质量评价,使用Rev Man 5.4.1对纳入的研究进行系统评价分析,评估PBL教学法对学生考试成绩、操作技能及综合能力提升的作用。结果最终本研究共纳入12项对照研究,包含910名研究对象。Meta分析结果显示PBL教学法提高了学生的考试成绩(MD=7.30,95%CI 4.12~10.48,P<0.001),提升了学生的操作技能(MD=7.16,95%CI 3.01~11.30,P<0.001),且在激发学生学习兴趣(OR=9.17,95%CI 3.13~26.86,P<0.001),提高其自学(OR=4.64,95%CI 2.71~35.11,P=0.020)、文献阅读(OR=13.15,95%CI 1.94~89.25,P=0.008)、语言表达(OR=4.58,95%CI 1.26~16.70,P=0.020)、合作能力(OR=5.68,95%CI 1.84~17.49,P<0.001)等综合能力方面均优于传统教学法。结论PBL教学法相较于传统教学法能提高老年医学的教学效果。Objective To explore the effects of problembased learning on geriatric education.Methods Research on the application of PBL teaching method in geriatric teaching published in China and abroad from the date of database establishment to November 2021 was retrieved for literature quality evaluation.The included studies were systematically evaluated and analyzed using RevMan5.4.1to evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method on improving students’test scores,operating skills and comprehensive ability.Results A total of 12 controlled studies were included in this study,including 910 subjects.The results of meta-analysis showed that PBL teaching method improved students’test scores(MD=7.30,95%CI 4.12~10.48,P<0.001),operational skills(MD=7.16,95%CI 3.01~11.30,P<0.001).PBL teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method in stimulating students’interest in learning(OR=9.17,95%CI 3.13~26.86,P<0.001),improving their comprehensive ability of self-study(OR=4.64,95%CI 2.71~35.11,P=0.020),literature reading(OR=13.15,95%CI 1.94~89.25,P=0.008),language expression(OR=4.58,95%CI 1.26~16.70,P=0.020),cooperation(OR=5.68,95%CI 1.84~17.49,P<0.001).Conclusion PBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of geriatrics compared with traditional teaching method.
