摘  要:目的评估临床实习中应用基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)与案例为基础的教学(case-based learning,CBL)联合教学法的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月在安徽理工大学第一附属医院实习的临床专业42名实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字法按1︰1比例分为试验组和对照组,每组21名。试验组采用PBL联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组实习生的考核成绩及教学满意度。结果试验组的病例书写、病例分析、理论考试、实践技能操作成绩及总满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习中运用PBL联合CBL教学法,能提高实习生的学习成绩和教学满意度,效果理想。Objective To evaluate the effect of the combined teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in clinical practice.Methods A total of 42 clinical interns in the First Hospital of Anhui University of Technology from May 2020 to may 2021were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,with 21 in each group.PBL combined with CBL teaching method was adopted in the experimental group while the traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The results of case writing,case analysis,theoretical examination,practical skill operation and total satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL in clinical practice can improve interns’academic achievement and teaching satisfaction,and the effect is ideal.
