摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法在儿科医师转岗培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2021年3月在湖南省人民医院进行儿科医师转岗培训第一阶段的81名学员为研究对象,随机分为对照组40名与观察组41名,在培训期间,对照组进行传统教学法教学,观察组在对照组基础上进行情景模拟教学法。对两组的教学效果进行对比。结果观察组理论与操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查中,观察组学员在对提高学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高医患沟通能力,以及对教学方式的满意度方面均高于对照组,综合评价观察组的教学优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在儿科医师转岗培训中应用效果良好。Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in job-transfer-topediatrics training scheme for pediatrician.Methods A total of 81 trainees from November 2020 to March 2021 who were in the first stage of Job-transfer-to-pediatrics training in Hu’nan Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation(n=41).During the period,the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught with situational simulation teaching method based on the control group.At the end of the first phase of training,a theoretical and operational assessment,and a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the two groups of trainees on the teaching work were carried out.Results The theoretical and operational examination results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,the trainees in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in improving learning interest,learning efficiency,doctor-patient communication ability,and satisfaction with the teaching method.In the comprehensive evaluation,the excellent and good teaching rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method has a good application effect in job-transfer-to-pediatrics training.
