摘　　要：应用权系数方法及Euler-Maclaurin求和公式,建立一个加强型的Hardy-Littlewood-Polya不等式,并考虑了最佳外常数因子联系多参数的等价条件.In this paper, by using the weight coefficients and Euler-Maclaurin summation formula, we give a strengthened version of a Hardy-Littlewood-Polya inequality and consider the equivalent conditions of the optimal external constant factor relation of multiple parameters.
