摘  要:考虑模型的非线性摩擦阻尼和主传动系统在轧制过程中受到外部干扰的情况,建立了板带轧机主传动系统的数学模型。针对该系统,设计了一种非线性未知输入观测器(unknown input observer,简称UIO)并用于轧机主传动系统的故障检测和故障重构。为了增强残差对故障信号的灵敏度,提高观测器故障检测精度,构建未知输入观测器,将外部干扰从残差中解耦。利用H∞性能指标提高观测器对故障重构的鲁棒性,采用Lyapunov稳定性理论进行误差动态系统的收敛性分析。为了改进观测器的设计过程,把增益矩阵求解问题转化为受线性矩阵不等式(linear matrix inequality,简称LMI)约束的优化问题。将产生的残差与设定的阈值进行对比,实现故障的检测并完成故障重构。通过对2 030 mm冷连轧机F4号机架主传动系统的仿真研究,验证了该观测器可以准确地对系统状态进行跟踪,并能够检测和估计出主传动系统的故障。Considering the nonlinear friction damping of the model and the external disturbances of the main drive system during the rolling process, a mathematical model of the main drive system of the strip mill is established. For this system, a nonlinear unknown input observer(UIO) is designed and used for fault detection and fault reconstruction of the rolling mill main drive system. In order to enhance the sensitivity of residuals to the fault signal and improve the fault detection accuracy of the observer, an unknown input observer is constructed to decouple external disturbances from the residuals. Meanwhile, the H∞performance index is used to improve the robustness of the observer to fault reconstruction, and the convergence analysis of the observation error dynamic system is given by Lyapunov function. To improve the observer design process, the problem of solving the gain matrix is transformed into an optimization problem constrained by linear matrix inequality(LMI). The residual error is compared with the set threshold to realize fault detection and complete fault reconstruction. Through the simulation research on the main drive system of F4 frame of 2 030 mm cold rolling mill, it is verified that the observer can accurately track the system state detect and estimate the faults of the main drive system.
