摘  要:为适应“三全育人”新格局,应对高等职业教育的生源多样化特点需求,渤海船舶职业学院在职业岗位能力分析的基础上,重新构建模块化教学的教学模式,绘制了船舶动力工程技术专业学生适应职业之岗位能力图谱,依据该岗位能力关系构建具有模块化特征的教学组织方式,从而实现了学生人文素质、从业能力以及专门职业能力的养成。In order to adapt to the new pattern of "three-wide education" and to meet the diversified requirements of students in higher vocational education, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College rebuilt the teaching mode of modular teaching based on vocational post ability, and constructed the post ability atlas of the students of ship power engineering and technology. According to the ability relationship of this post, the teaching organization mode with modular characteristics is constructed, so as to realize the cultivation of students’ humanistic quality, job competence and professional ability.
