摘　　要：根据高职院校顶岗实习学生的现状,分析了顶岗实习学生管理中存在的问题及影响因素,提出了高职院校对顶岗实习学生管理的方法:通过实行导师负责制,定期开展“月学习日”“三会制度”及给学生建档等多种方法,完善高职院校学生教育管理制度。通过建立临时小组、校企联合小组和互联网管理平台,使学生能与学校随时沟通交流,接受学校的管理和监督。In light of the current situation of post internship students in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the student management. It also puts forward methods for the student management. The education and management system of students should be improved through the implementation of the tutorial responsibility system, the regular monthly study days, the three-meeting system and the files for students. The temporary groups, school-enterprise joint group and Internet management platform are established so that the students can communicate with teachers at any time and accept the management and supervision of the college.
