摘  要:职业教育发展水平在“人才”,“人才”培养水平在教师,高职院校青年教师职业适应程度影响着教师的职业生涯发展水平,决定了教师在教育教学、科学研究、服务社会等各方面的表现。在“互联网+”时代,为了解决青年教师在职业适应性方面存在的问题,通过引入职业生涯持续学习行为,变被动为主动,在职业生涯发展、教育教学、科学研究、交流提升方面开展科学有效的职业生涯持续学习行为,可以缩小空间障碍带来的资源分配偏差,帮助青年教师弥补职业适应缺口,更好地适应教师职业。The development level of vocational education is embodied in "talents", and the educational level of "talents" depends on teachers. The professional adaptability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges affects the development level of teachers’ career. It also determines the performance of teachers in education and teaching, scientific research, social services and other aspects. In the Internet+ era, in order to improve career adaptability of young teachers,we can introduce career-related continuous learning behavior, turn passivity into initiative, and carry out scientific and effective career continuous learning behavior in career development, education and teaching, scientific research, and communication and improvement. By doing these things, we can reduce the resource allocation gap caused by spatial obstacles. It will help young teachers to make up for the gap of career adaptability and make them adapt to the profession better.
