摘　　要：2022年11月,我国申报的“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗”被成功列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。文章结合申报书,对“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗”的主要内容进行了解读。具体介绍该项目的主要内涵,项目申报标准、涉及到的地理位置、分布范围、项目实践者、传承人、传承方式,以及参与该项目申报的国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录和有关单位等,并对项目的社会功能和文化意义以及列入人类非物质文化遗产后将会产生的影响作一探讨。In November 2022, "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" declared by China was successfully listed in the UNESCO representative list of human intangible cultural heritage. The article interpreted the main contents of "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" in combination with the application form. The main connotation of the project, the project application criteria, geographical location involved, scope of distribution, project practitioners, inheritors, way of inheritance, and the national intangible cultural heritage representative list and relevant units participating in the project application were introduced, and the social function and cultural significance of the project and the impact it will have after being included in the intangible cultural heritage of mankind were discussed.
