非营养素防治慢性病的食疗理论模型

摘　　要：慢性病已成为人类健康的主要威胁。健康膳食模式是慢性病防治的基础。目前的健康膳食模式研究主要关注营养素的作用,缺乏对非营养素的关注,同时缺乏系统的食疗理论指导。现依据慢性病的免疫学和病理学基础,阐释健康膳食模式中的非营养素及其与慢性病的作用机制,并在此基础上提出了“家庭护士食疗理论”模型。Chronic diseases have become a major threat to human health.Healthy dietary patterns are the foundation of chronic disease prevention and treatment.Current studies on healthy dietary patterns mainly focus on the role of nutrients,but lack of attention to non-nutrients and systematic theoretical guidance on dietary therapy. Based on the immunological and pathological basis of chronic diseases,this paper reviews the non-nutrients in healthy dietary patterns and their mechanisms of action with chronic diseases.On this basis,the theoretical model of family nurse diet is proposed.
