居住空间分异对公园绿地空间格局的作用效应——以苏州市为例

摘　　要：居住空间的扩张与重构对公园绿地格局的影响作用规律,是优良人居环境构建的基础。基于多源数据,利用普通最小二乘法、地理加权回归等方法,以苏州为案例地探究居住空间分异对公园绿地空间格局的作用效应,重点揭示其尺度差异规律。结果表明:(1)两者均存在显著空间分异,且居住空间分异对公园绿地空间格局具有显著作用效应;(2)居住空间分异变量中,中心区位、商业设施、公交站点、住宅户数、出售房价等对公园绿地格局总体呈正向促进作用,居住用地面积、外部交通、医疗设施等总体呈负向抑制作用;(3)小微尺度公园绿地对住房属性敏感,中等尺度公园绿地受居住空间的周边配套、区位交通、社会经济属性影响较大,大尺度公园绿地则与居住空间的区位交通条件关联较强。The influence of the expansion and reconstruction of residential space on the pattern of park green space is the basis of the construction of excellent living environment.Based on multi-source data and using methods such as ordinary least square method and geographical weighted regression,this paper takes Suzhou as a case to explore the effect of residential space differentiation on the spatial pattern of park green space,focusing on revealing the law of scale difference.The results showed that:(1)There are significant spatial differences between the two,and the residential spatial differences have a significant effect on the spatial pattern of park green space.(2)Among the differentiation variables of residential space,central location,commercial facilities,bus stops,residential households,and the selling house price have a positive promoting effect on the spatial pattern of park green space,while residential land area,external transportation,medical facilities have a negative inhibition effect.(3)Small and micro-scale park green space is sensitive to housing attributes;the medium-scale park green space is greatly affected by the surrounding facilities of residential space,location and traffic,and social and economic attributes;the large-scale park green space is strongly correlated with the location and traffic conditions of residential space.
